My family stayed for a quick 2 night stay in early October. The room was clean, beds were comfortable amd view was great. Our main complaint was we asked before we stayed if the pool was in the hotel. The pool was cloudy (dirty) and not attached. Otherwise no complaints. Worth the money.
Room was ok wish the pillows were a tad bigger. Breakfast definitely could have been better. Overall was a good weekend visit.

Stayed for two nights and loved being on the water. My 3 kids had a blast splashing around in lake Huron. The hotel room wasn't perfect but it was clean, everything worked and the location is awesome. I got a good deal on the room compared to most of the places available. I would stay there again...
We were told this hotel is walking distance to downtown... Maybe for younger people but seniors could not do the walk. The rooms are pretty clean, a little freshening up would be nice. The from desk people are very dry personalities. Don't smile much or ask how your time at the hotel is going. Don't try to check in before 4:00, you will be told very FIRMLY " no no no, not before 4:00." The private beach is nice.
